Here are some of our optometrists:

• Dr. C. Derrick Franklin: Dr. Franklin is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama School of Optometry. He is a member of the Alabama Optometric Association and the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
• Dr. Allison Mckelvey: Dr. Mckelvey is originally from Alpharetta, Georgia. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from UAB School of Optometry and specializes in pediatric eye care.
• Dr. Bonnie-Kim Schwertz: Dr. Schwertz is a two-time graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning both her Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and her Doctorate of Optometry. She has extensive experience in treating dry eye and other ocular surface diseases.
