The Vineyards at Valley View has been praised by some as an exceptional place to live. One reviewer, Oliver Kruszka, has been a tenant for several years and has consistently had a positive experience. He commends the management and office staff for being genuine and friendly, and notes that they remember every tenant and their interactions with them. The maintenance staff is also top-notch, quickly and efficiently addressing any issues that may arise. The grounds are well-maintained, and the complex shows evidence of continuous improvement. Neighbors are respectful, and the reviewer has even experienced kindness and compassion from the staff when dealing with a personal crisis. Overall, the reviewer feels fortunate to call The Vineyards at Valley View home and plans to stay there for the foreseeable future.
Negative Experience

They initially believed the establishment to be promising due to Kelli's exceptional customer service, but their experience quickly turned sour. Despite providing all required documentation, including evidence of their two Emotional Support Animals, the management insisted on additional paperwork, leading to delays and frustration. The communication was lackluster, and the reviewer felt that the establishment was attempting to exploit them due to their disability. The requirement to certify with Placer County, despite residing in Sacramento County, added insult to injury. The reviewer felt that the establishment was not accountable and only cared about their own interests. In the end, they chose not to proceed with the move, but not before being penalized for the delays and deducting from their deposit.
