Insurance and Payment
We understand that insurance and payment can be complex, which is why we take the time to explain our policies and procedures upfront. For our Ontario location, we accept insurance and require a copy of your insurance ID and government ID to verify your coverage. Please note that a prior authorization is not a guarantee of payment, and payment is subject to member eligibility and benefits on the date of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours of your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
