- Office hours: Monday: 9:00-12:00pm, 2:00-6:00pm; Tuesday: 9:00-12:00pm, 2:00-6:00pm; Wednesday: 9:00-12:00pm, 2:00-6:00pm; Thursday: 1:00-6:00pm; Friday: 9:00-12:00pm; Every other Saturday: 8:30-11:30am.

Dr. Kelly Mai is a board-certified chiropractor and acupuncturist with extensive training and experience in Western and Eastern medicine. She is also certified as a Qualified Medical Examiner, specializing in Worker's Compensation injuries and with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for FMCSA DOT exam. Our team is well-knowledge and dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients.
What We Offer

We also offer QME evaluations and Commercial Driver Examinations.
