Our Story
Sarah's journey in fitness began in 2012, and since then, she has been driven by a passion to help others achieve their goals. With over 9 years of 1-1 experience, Sarah has developed a unique approach to personal training that focuses on building relationships, providing exceptional value, and delivering outstanding results. Her own personal fitness journey has taught her the importance of consistency, rest, and recovery, and she brings this expertise to every client she works with.

We also offer three comprehensive training plans: Train Like a VIP, Find Your Strength, and Surpass Your Goals. Each plan is designed to provide you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals, and includes access to our exclusive StoutFit App on PT Distinction, personalized workout and diet planning, and tracking software to monitor your progress.
