Meet Vivienne Varga
Vivienne Varga, owner and lead instructor, is a Comprehensive Certified Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, Certified CoreAlign, Certified Springboard, and Certified Aerialates Instructor. With extensive training in anatomical and biomechanical movement, Vivienne specializes in correcting subtle misalignments in the body. Her expertise in teaching athletes, executives, senior citizens, and clients with injuries and special issues makes her an expert in designing customized fitness programs.

Our studio is comprehensively certified and fully equipped by Balanced Body through Master Instructor Lisa Graham at Agile Monkey in Santa Cruz, CA. We're certified in CoreAlign by Master Instructor Tom McCook at Center of Balance in Mountain View, CA, and Springboard by Master Instructor Nancy Meyers at EHS in San Francisco, CA. Our instructors are dedicated to providing expert instruction, and our state-of-the-art equipment ensures a safe and effective workout.
