Our Team

Our team is led by a group of experienced professionals who have dedicated their lives to helping businesses, non-profits, schools, and churches achieve their visions. Here are a few members of our leadership team:

• John Parker, CEO/President: John is a former Walt Disney Imagineer who worked on award-winning projects such as California Adventures and Soarin' Over California. Today, he brings that same passion for creativity and immersive storytelling to every Visioneering project.

• Danae Dougherty, Managing Principal: Danae has extensive experience in healthcare, commercial, education, retail, hospitality, non-profit, and faith-based projects. She believes in understanding the holistic relationship between interior, building, and site design.

• Dave Milam, VP of Strategic Design: Dave has a passion for guiding leaders through their unique challenges. He works closely with owners and developers to consult them on how to take their space from where they are to where they want to be.

• Greg Ahmann, VP of Construction and Development: Greg has over 25 years of experience guiding projects through all development phases in numerous fields, including hospitality, medical, industrial, residential, auto, finance, public works, and retail.

• Robert Bergmann, Creative Principal: Prior to joining Visioneering, Bob served as the Principal Designer at AECOM, the world's largest A&E firm. This opened the door for design work with Disney, Universal, Warner Bros, and international resorts.

• James Cortez, Chief Financial Officer: James has a diverse background in real estate development, property transactions, and construction. He brings a unique focus on stewardship while fostering effective design.

Our Stories

At Visioneering Studios, we believe that every project tells a story. Here are a few of our favorite expedition stories:

• Franklin Ave. Baptist Church: Franklin Ave. Baptist Church was on the move. They were outgrowing their original building, had bought new property in the heart of their community, and were ready to launch. Then, "A Lady Named Katrina" came to town and changed everything. They didn't know what came next, if they would ever rebuild, or even whom they had lost. Their story is one of amazing transformation, growth, and dedication to a community that Visioneering is proud to have played a role in.

• Redeemer Presbyterian Church: Tim Keller, Senior Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, has worked with Visioneering Studios on several projects.
