Rehabilitation

The Orchards of Cascadia focuses on patient-centered rehabilitation, utilizing a comprehensive approach to physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our in-house rehabilitation gym allows our team to work closely with each patient to achieve the best possible results. We are also proud to partner with an outstanding team of rehabilitation specialists to ensure the most desired outcomes for each patient. Our rehabilitation services are available seven days a week, and are provided by highly qualified and licensed personnel.

Long-Term Care

If you or a loved one requires a more long-term stay option, our skilled nursing facility offers a variety of conveniences and amenities to make The Orchards of Cascadia as homelike and comfortable as possible. Our experienced and skilled nursing staff provide individualized attention and care, including assistance with activities of daily living. We also offer an activities program run by our activities director, social services for our residents and families, and more. Our goal is for our residents to recover from medical conditions with dignity while receiving the quality, compassionate care they deserve.

Post-Acute Care

The Orchards of Cascadia has partnered with St. Luke's Post-Acute Medical Group for the medical needs of our residents. A physician and/or nurse practitioner is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any after-hour medical needs our residents may have.

Transitional Care

In addition to our long-term care services, we also offer transitional care for patients who require a short-term stay. Our transitional care program is designed to help patients recover and regain their independence after a hospitalization or surgery. We offer a variety of services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, to help patients reach their goals and return home as soon as possible.
