At LS3P, we are a multi-disciplinary firm that has been dedicated to delivering exceptional architecture, interiors, and planning services to a wide variety of clients nationwide. With over 120 years of combined experience, we have grown from a small one-man office to a thriving firm with over 440 employees across 12 locations in four states.

Our History

Our journey began in 1963 when Frank Lucas, Architect, hung out his shingle in Charleston, South Carolina. With a one-room office, a brand-new architecture license, and a drafting table built with an old door, Frank started taking on small projects, including screened porch additions, a fire station, and a can wash at the local high school. Over the years, our firm continued to grow and expand, merging with several other firms to bring new expertise and talent on board.
