The Hialeah Condominiums Rules and Regulations

As joint owners of the Hialeah Condominium's common elements, unit owners and their families, tenants, and guests share the responsibility of making our community a pleasant place for all to be. Our Board of Trustees has established guidelines, rules, and regulations to aid us in safeguarding the property, safety, privacy, and peace of mind of all our neighbors and us. These rules and regulations are in addition to and consistent with the use restrictions as outlined in the Master Deed and By-Laws.

Unit Owner and Resident Responsibilities

Unit owners and residents are responsible for abiding by the rules and reporting violations to the Board. The Board has the authority to require corrective action by the violator or by licensed contractors. Charges and/or fines will be assessed against violators. It is the unit owner's responsibility to convey rules and regulations to their families, tenants, and guests. Any violation by families, tenants, or guests will be subject to a fine to the unit owners.
