Communication and Booking Process
The majority of reviewers praised Don Martin Vacation Rentals for their quick response and easy-to-follow instructions during the booking process. Some reviewers mentioned that they received a package of coupons and pamphlets, which was helpful and fun.
Cleanliness and Property Condition
Unfortunately, several reviewers had negative experiences with the cleanliness and condition of their rentals.
