Our Services

Our Pilates and fitness classes are tailored to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our team of certified trainers will work with you to create a personalized fitness plan that addresses your specific goals and needs.

In addition to our group fitness classes, we also offer one-on-one personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, and specialized workshops and seminars. Our Chi Running and Walking programs are designed to help runners and walkers of all levels improve their form and reduce their risk of injury.

Our Team

Our team is composed of certified trainers, instructors, and nutrition coaches who are passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. Our founder and CEO, Ann-Marie Giglio, is a certified AFAA/NASM personal trainer and Z-Health practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Our team also includes certified personal trainers Marcus Adan and Shoshanna Friedman, as well as administrative assistant Cheryl Henleben. Together, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging environment where you can achieve your health and fitness goals.
