Born and raised on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Chef Pettis' Southern roots and love for Asian cuisine have culminated in a distinctive fusion style that is signature to our restaurant.

Our Story
Chef Pettis' journey began at the young age of 13, working as a summer job in a local restaurant. Under the guidance of renowned chef Tim Creehan, he discovered his true calling and went on to work in several prominent restaurants, including Mark's CityPlace, where he trained with the esteemed Roy Villacrusis. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Pettis has honed his skills, experimenting with different flavors and techniques.
Our Cuisine
Our menu is carefully crafted to showcase an explosion of exotic flavors, fusing Southern roots with Asian and Caribbean cuisine. Our Vietnamese-style whole snapper with citrus and hot chili lime oil is a popular dish, as are our sushi and sashimi options.
