Our Founder, Aliza Avital-Caplan

Aliza Avital-Caplan is the driving force behind Emerald Equities NYC. With more than sixty real estate transactions totaling over two billion dollars, Aliza quickly rose to prominence as a real estate broker known for her forthrightness, honesty, and integrity.

Aliza began her real estate career in 2001 with Debrah Lee Charatan Realty and soon fell in love with the industry. She joined Eastern Consolidated in 2003, where she honed her skills and expanded her network for nine successful years. In 2012, after giving birth to her daughter, Aliza founded Emerald Equities NYC, LLC, focusing on off-market transactions and complex negotiations for packages of properties in the nine to ten figure range.

Originally from Israel, Aliza served in the Israeli Army and is fluent in Hebrew. She is passionate about real estate, fashion, and dance, and supports various charities, including the American Museum of Natural History, The Botanical Garden, and FIDF.
