At Studio86 Fitness, we're passionate about providing a unique and dynamic fitness experience that combines Pilates, Jumping Fitness, and Barre to give you a whole-body workout like no other. Our Story

Established as an online studio in 2019, Studio86 Fitness opened its first studio location in Columbus, Ohio on March 1st, 2020. Our founder, Heather Daye, had a vision to bring together a community of teachers and fitness lovers from all over the country to provide access to unique fitness classes that are often only available in major coastal cities. We're proud to be the first studio in the Midwest to offer Jumping Fitness, a high-energy cardio workout that combines rebounding on mini trampolines with Pilates and Barre.

Our Approach

Our goal is to make fitness fun, accessible to all levels of ability, and never boring. Our instructors bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in dance performance, physical therapy, and exercise science to their classes. We're trained in exercise modification for injury prevention and have worked in Pilates-based physical therapy clinical settings. We're dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
