MAGNA Construction and Maintenance Services, Inc. is a corporation founded by two highly experienced and qualified professionals in the construction industry in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Our team combines over 50 years of combined experience in a wide variety of construction types including residential, commercial, educational, institutional, religious, and assisted living, among others. We continue to build a solid reputation and relationship with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors based on a fair business practice, respect, and consideration with all.

MAGNA offers to its clients the results of many years of hands-on experience in the general contracting with sophisticated managerial, estimating, bidding, scheduling, and quality control processes. Our versatility and capabilities allows us to self-perform a wide variety of construction services for multiple and different clientele. These services include, among other trades: Rough and Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Doors, Frames, and Hardware, Punch-out Carpentry, Accessories and Furnishings, and After Construction Final Cleaning.

We have strong relationships with low-cost suppliers and our ability to self-perform allow us to provide high quality work at very competitive cost. Our capacity to provide continuously dedicated and personalized services to our clients from project conception to completion is key to our success on every project.
