Our Team
Our team of licensed and certified instructors are dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates with our community. With years of experience and extensive training in the Pilates Method, our team is composed of Julie Schiller Daly, Marta DeSanto, and Sheila Lynch. Each of our instructors has a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of the human body.
Our Services

Our Fees
Our fees are competitive and designed to provide value for our clients. Our private sessions are $95 per session, with discounts available for package deals. Our duet sessions are $60 per person, and our group classes are $15 per person. We also offer an introductory package that includes two private sessions and one group class for $150 per person.
