Our team is led by Joel Renshaw, a certified fitness expert with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. Joel has extensive experience in coaching high school track and field sprint athletes, and he has also competed in the NPC Competitor 2016. With over 5,000 sessions serviced, we have the expertise and knowledge to guide you towards a healthier future.
Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to reach your fitness goals. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, which is why we offer a variety of services, including online personal training and 1-on-1 personal training.
Online Personal Training
Our online personal training program allows you to work out from the comfort of your own home, hotel gym, or public gym. This program includes an app-based system where you can access your personalized workouts, video instructions on how to perform each exercise with proper form, and a custom meal plan designed to help you lose fat or gain muscle. You will also have coach support through two-way messaging to keep you motivated and accountable throughout your program.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Our 1-on-1 personal training program is designed to provide you with a customized fitness plan that addresses your specific goals and any muscle imbalances you may have. This program includes a thorough fitness analysis to identify any potential health risks, flexible nutrition coaching to help you maintain your results, exclusive workouts tailored to your individualized goals, and monthly accountability reports to ensure you are on track.
