Our team is led by Royce H. Flournoy, who founded Texas Construction Company in 1996. Royce has a deep love for the building trade, which is evident in his commitment to serving the city's housing needs. He is passionate about working with a team of talented professionals who share his love for construction. When he's not leading the company, Royce enjoys traveling all over the world and expanding his palate for good food.

John Hart, our Director of Construction, brings more than 25 years of residential construction experience to the table. He holds a Master of Architecture degree and has been involved in all stages of a project, from conception to completion. John appreciates that each client has a unique perspective and goal to meet, and he loves seeing an idea on paper become someone's reality.
