Harts Run Fitness is the leading full-service gym in the Fox Chapel, O'Hara, Glenshaw, and Indiana Township areas. - Yoga, Group & Spin classes: Our group classes include boot camps, cardio-focused, and senior-focused sessions. Our yoga classes offer a fusion of cardio and elements of yoga, allowing you to strengthen and lengthen while working on balance and focus. - Personal Training: Our personal trainers are dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey. We will teach you how to move safely, increase strength and endurance, and provide extra motivation on days when you need it. Book a training session with us today.

Meet Our Team
Harts Run Fitness is owned and operated by Anthony Hayt, Mason Klug, and Erik Klug. We've brought together a diverse, talented, and energetic family of instructors, trainers, and therapists to help you with your fitness journey.
Here, we introduce ourselves in our own words:
- Tabitha Brown, PsyD: I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 with my first certification in willPower and grace. I have since become certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA. I have also studied Beachbody's PiYo, Mat Science, and Yoga Shred to be better able to build classes that incorporate cardio and elements of yoga. With yoga fusion classes, there are elements of cardio, that allow you to strengthen and lengthen, all while working on balance and focus. Come to my classes to build a strong body and a calm mind.

- Anthony Hayt, PhD: I am a life-long athlete who has a passion for helping people learn functional movements to improve their lives and become stronger. From posture and shoulder issues to basic barbell movements and focused strength training, I come to fitness training through a lifetime of being an athlete dealing with chronic injuries and pain. As a former teacher, I approach my work with a focus on learning the fundamentals and improving on them as you progress in your fitness goals.
