Unprofessional Experience
The reviewer, Brian Stinga, had a very poor experience when trying to find therapy for his children. He booked an appointment in May after speaking with Stephanie in April, but when he arrived at the office, he was informed that his appointment had been canceled due to a lack of confirmation regarding insurance and payment.
Lack of Communication
The reviewer was shocked that there was no communication from the office to inform him of the cancellation, despite having his contact information from the initial setup of the appointment. This lack of communication led to a wasted half-day off from work and taking the kids out of school early.
