Our Leadership
Michael Gallegos, CHA is President and CEO of Pacific Pearl Hotels, LLC (PPH). Based in San Diego, California, PPH has acquired over $3.5 billion of hotels and resorts throughout the U.S., Spain, and Mexico since its inception. PPH currently owns and operates 23 lodging properties encompassing over 6,500 rooms and employs over 3,200 personnel throughout the United States.

Management and Staff Performance
Reviews highlight the performance of the management company and staff at the hotel. On the positive side, one reviewer praises the management company, stating that they are professional and profitable for the hotels, with a good team led by Michael G.
Customer Service Issues
On the negative side, one reviewer had a poor experience with the staff at the Folk INN in Ontario, CA. They found the staff to be unprofessional, lacking in problem-solving skills, and unfriendly when the manager was away. The reviewer had to call the corporate office to resolve a simple issue, and the staff seemed irritated and short-tempered. The reviewer also felt that the staff should have informed guests about the pool and jacuzzi being drained.
