Experience with the Company
The reviewer, Cathy Johnson, had a poor experience with the company, giving it a 1-star rating. Over a 3-week period, she was assigned to work with three separate aids, but spent most of the time without an aid or with ones that were unprofessional. Two of the aids had limited English proficiency, requiring family members to translate for them. Additionally, one of the aids spent more time talking about her low wages and job hunting than focusing on her work.
Difficulties with Communication
The communication issues started with limited English spoken by the aids, which was frustrating and affected the quality of work. This made it challenging for Cathy to get the help she needed, leading to a negative experience.
Unprofessional Attitude
Furthermore, the aids lacked a professional demeanor, which further added to Cathy's dissatisfaction. The poor work environment and lack of professionalism from the aids made it difficult for Cathy to complete her tasks efficiently.
Overall Poor Experience
In summary, Cathy's experience with the company was marked by poor communication, unprofessional attitude, and lack of effectiveness. This led to a frustrating and unsuccessful collaboration.
