We understand that not everyone can attend a funeral or visitation in person. That's why we offer an online guest book and condolences section, allowing you to express your condolences, share memories, and stay connected with the families we serve.
Poor Customer Service and Treatment
Multiple reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the funeral home's customer service, citing rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. One reviewer was called an "angry black woman" by the owner, which is completely unacceptable. Another reviewer's cousin was bullied by the ex-husband's family in the parking lot and inside the funeral home, with no personnel intervening to diffuse the situation.
Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior
Several reviewers reported being disrespected by the funeral home staff, including being told to be quiet during a viewing and being forced to wait outside during calling hours. One reviewer's mother was dressed in a way that made her look "money hungry, " which was extremely upsetting.
