Our History
Gaines Funeral Home was founded by William A. Gaines, a renowned Funeral Director and Embalmer, and his wife Rosa M. Kirby in 1972. With their excellent skills and outstanding communication, they built a business that has grown into a phenomenal organization over the years. After the passing of Mr. Gaines in 2006 and Mrs. Gaines in 2007, their family continued to maintain the high standards of quality and compassion that they established.

Our funeral home features a warm and inviting atmosphere, with four viewing rooms, a dining area for repasts and after-service family gatherings, and a full showroom with caskets, vaults, and urn displays. We're conveniently located in Maple Heights, Ohio, and our second location is in Cleveland, Ohio.
