Phase 1: Pre-Construction
Pre-construction is the initial phase of a construction project where the planning, design, and coordination take place before the actual construction begins. It involves various activities such as project feasibility analysis, budgeting, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, selecting contractors and vendors, and creating a construction schedule to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Our team of experts works closely with clients to ensure that all their needs and preferences are taken into account during the pre-construction phase.
Phase 2: Construction
Now that the project is set up, we begin construction. As a national contractor, we employ traveling superintendents who ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely, no matter where we are in the country. The superintendents coordinate with the construction team in one of our offices to manage the project, oversee quality control, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. We use the latest construction techniques and equipment to ensure that the project is of the highest quality.
Phase 3: Post-Construction
Post-construction, also known as the closeout phase, is the final stage of a construction project where the completed building or structure is transitioned to the owner or client for occupancy and use. During this phase, any outstanding issues or defects are addressed, final inspections are conducted, and all required documentation, such as permits, warranties, and operation manuals, are provided to the owner. Our team ensures that the project is completed to the client's satisfaction and that all necessary steps are taken to ensure the building's long-term sustainability.
