Good Neighbors and Location
The apartment complex has received positive reviews from some residents. For instance, Author Leo Morales gave 5 stars and praised the "awesome" management and great location, stating that it's within walking distance of everything one needs on a daily basis.
Poor Communication and Unfair Demands
On the other hand, some residents have had negative experiences. Author Miciana DeMartino gave 1 star and shared a concerning story about unjust deposit demands and poor communication. They were asked to place a $250 holding deposit, which later increased to a triple deposit due to "credit concerns." Despite agreeing to refund the deposit, Miciana never received a response or a refund.
Security Concerns
Author Dena S. also gave 1 star and described a concerning incident where an intruder scaled onto the roof and broke into their bedroom window while they were sleeping. They attributed this to the bad neighborhood and poor management. They also complained about the high cost of rent and scarce amenities.
Noise and Discipline Issues
Author Superheromom M. gave 4 stars but expressed frustration with the noisy and undisciplined behavior of children in the neighborhood. They mentioned that the kids play rough, bang on the garage door, and leave trash around, causing disturbance in the parking lot where their car is parked. They suggested that parents take responsibility for disciplining their children.
