Negative: The reviewer expresses frustration and disappointment with the therapy sessions, citing issues with the therapist's approach, lack of understanding, and ultimately being discharged from the practice.

Disappointment with Therapy Sessions

The reviewer, Brittany Fark, expresses her disappointment with the therapy sessions she received from Ken at the practice. She compares her experience unfavorably to the care she received from Erin in the past.

Issues with Ken's Approach

Brittany describes her sessions with Ken as feeling like "health issue Olympics" where most of the time was spent talking about himself and getting advice from her. She also mentions that she had to repeat herself every appointment, as if Ken had no recollection of their previous conversations.

Lack of Understanding and Discharge from the Practice

The final straw came when Brittany had to cancel her appointment due to COVID-19 exposure and was subsequently discharged from the practice. This decision was perceived as hypocritical, given Ken's previous assurances that he understood the unpredictability of life with chronic illness.
