The Coalition of Community Health Clinics (CCHC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening community clinics, promoting health equity, and fostering collaboration across the safety-net delivery system in the Portland-metro area. Our mission is to improve healthcare for vulnerable populations residing in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties. We aim to provide access to quality healthcare services, including primary care, dental care, and mental health services, to underserved communities.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to support our member clinics, including:
