The company is led by the fourth and fifth generation members of the DiSabatino family, who have been premier builders in the region since the early 1900s. DiSabatino Construction operates as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, Design/Build Contractor, and Trade Contractor.

What We Do

As a General Contractor, we offer customers the option of selecting us in two basic ways: Lump-Sum Contract and Negotiated Contract. In the role of Construction Manager, we act as a construction specialist representing the owner to coordinate planning, select and supervise contractors, manage the schedule, and solve problems at a level of involvement that is greater than that of the traditional general contractor.
In a Design/Build arrangement, we take the overall responsibility for both the design and construction in one contract. This is an alternative to the traditional process in which an architectural firm creates the design, a general contractor is selected through competitive bidding, and the owner coordinates between them.
We also offer Trade Services, with a diverse and experienced workforce that has the ability to execute work in most trade disciplines. Our workers are well-educated and professionally managed. We can offer these trade services as part of a competitively bid trade services package or on a negotiated basis.
