For nearly 70 years, the Fragomele family has been building and restoring cherished homes of quality. Joseph L. Fragomele developed his aptitude in carpentry and stone masonry, ultimately launching a reputable, local business. Early on, he strategically aligned with insurance companies, pioneering restoration work - a unique niche which remains a cornerstone of Colonial Construction's identity among custom builders. Today, Joseph R. Fragomele oversees our complete operation. He directs the company with four decades of expertise, extensive custom-building knowledge, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Under his guidance, our projects span from custom residential building and renovation projects to large-scale residential and commercial restoration projects.
