Our Apartments
Our apartments come in two and three-bedroom floor plans, catering to a wide range of lifestyle needs and preferences. Each unit is designed with quality and comfort in mind, providing you with a pleasant living environment that you can truly call home.
- Two-bedroom apartments feature 1,000 square feet of living space, one bathroom, and are perfect for individuals or small families.
- Three-bedroom apartments offer 1,200 square feet of living space, one bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate families or those who need extra space.

Rates and Application Process
Our rental rates are updated on a daily basis, so please contact our office for the most current pricing. Quoted rates are valid for two business days. We require a security deposit of $600 for 2-bedroom units and $700 for 3-bedroom units. Pet deposits are $350 for a single pet and $500 for a pair of pets. An application fee of $25 is required for the initial applicant and $10 for each additional applicant.
