Maintenance and Condition of Apartments

Bailie Feri's review detailed a long list of specific issues, including broken appliances, poorly maintained bathrooms, and inadequate cleaning. Bombaee described the apartments as "unacceptable" and preferred sleeping outside in December to staying at Jillian Square.

Staff and Office Management

The staff at Jillian Square was widely criticized as rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Stacy Serwaah and Bailie Feri both described the staff as super rude and condescending, while Rebecca Thomas reported that the staff would walk in on tenants without permission. Martha Russell, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the staff, describing them as nice and helpful.

Pricing and Value
