Management and Communication
Reviews suggest that the management and leasing team at Summit Point are not meeting expectations. Some reviewers have had difficulties communicating with the leasing office, with one reviewer stating that they didn't receive a call back after scheduling a tour. Another reviewer mentioned that they tried contacting the office for three weeks without receiving a response.
Pet Policy and Cleanliness
There are concerns about the pet policy and cleanliness at the apartments. One reviewer suggested that pets should not be allowed if owners are not responsible enough to clean up after them. Another reviewer mentioned that they always clean up after their dog but still got fined, and suggested that the complex should DNA test the dogs to determine who is responsible for any mess.
