Lack of Communication

Kirk Williard II and Keturah Garrett were unhappy with the services provided. Kirk mentioned that physical therapy was conducted only once a month, and paperwork was not properly submitted to insurance. Keturah had a poor experience with the nurse and felt that the agency did not do their job.
