Covenant Community Care is a faith-based, non-profit Community Health Center that has been serving the health care needs of the people of Metro Detroit for several years. Our mission is to provide whole-person health care guided by the love of Jesus Christ, and we are committed to serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a wide range of medical, dental, women's health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment services to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Medical Services
Our medical services are designed to provide affordable, quality primary health care for the whole family. We offer a sliding scale fee structure based on income, and most patients without health insurance pay between $20 and $50 per visit. Our medical services include:
- Visit with Primary Care Physician (PCP)
- Blood draw and lab work
- Vaccines
- Behavioral Health services
- Diabetes and other health care issue education

Dental Services
Our dental services include preventive care, restorative care, and oral surgery. We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer a sliding scale fee structure for patients without insurance. Our dental services include:

Women's Health Services
Our women's health services are designed to meet the unique health care needs of women. We offer a range of services, including:
- Annual well-woman exams

Behavioral Health Services
