Another client brought in their non-cooperative dog for grooming, which was handled with care and attention from Dr. Bailey himself. A client with a goat suffering from symptoms was able to get expert advice and guidance from Dr. Bailey, even late at night. They brought in their Pomeranian for emergency care, but were met with long delays and a perceived lack of concern from the staff.
