Our Services
*Post-Acute Services*: Our post-acute services assist those transitioning from hospital to home. Our team of professionals will work with the physician to provide the level of care and services that will help each individual meet their goals for a successful discharge home.
*Skilled Nursing*: For those residents who can no longer be on their own and need long term care, we offer general nursing and restorative services in a warm and home-like environment.
*Rehabilitation Programs*: We offer a variety of rehabilitation programs, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, designed to help patients regain their strength and mobility.
*Restorative Programs*: Our restorative programs focus on maintaining the highest level of functioning and independence for each resident.
*Respite Care*: We provide short-term stays for those in need of temporary relief from the demands of caregiving.
*Palliative Care*: Our palliative care services are designed to provide comfort and support to those with serious or life-limiting illnesses.
Our Team
Our staff of professionals has over 60 years of combined experience. We have a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists; Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses; and Certified Nursing Assistants, all dedicated to meeting the needs of each and every patient and resident. Our team is complemented by Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services, Housekeeping and Laundry Services.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Many reviewers have praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Kawana Green, Mashtyx, Kaozouapa Ku, Natalia Pretkowska, and C. H. all commented on the cleanliness of the rooms, floors, and common areas. Kawana Green mentioned that the staff helped them set up their loved one's flat screen TV, while Mashtyx noted that the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the room clean and dust-free.
