Staff and Service Quality
The reviews highlight a mix of satisfactory and unsatisfactory experiences with the staff and service quality at the health center. Some patients praised the receptionists, doctor assistants, and doctors, feeling heard and receiving prompt lab results. However, others had negative encounters with the receptionists, describing them as rude, immature, and unhelpful.
Wait Times and Scheduling
Long wait times were a common complaint, with some patients waiting over an hour past their scheduled appointment time. The scheduling process was also criticized for being unorganized and unclear.
Doctor Quality and Empathy
Some patients experienced unprofessional and uncaring behavior from their doctors, including Dr. Esthela Martinez, who was accused of lacking empathy and proper medical knowledge. However, other patients appreciated their doctors' attentiveness and concern.
Facilities and Amenities
One patient was denied access to the restrooms, citing a lack of compassion and family-friendly morals.
