Community Quality
Ashlynn was amazing and provided great service. The renovated layouts for 1BR were also a big plus. Many residents have been impressed with the community's overall quality, especially after the complete renovation. The staff is professional and keeps the community neat and clean.
Maintenance and Repairs
Residents have generally been satisfied with the maintenance and repairs. Frank Trejo, in particular, was very responsive and helped residents quickly. However, some residents have had issues with pest control, water damage, and broken appliances. Maintenance requests were often met with resistance or excuses.
Security
Residents have expressed concern about the lack of safety measures. The gates are often broken, making it easy for unauthorized individuals to enter the complex. There have also been reports of theft, including car break-ins and stolen motorcycles. Administration has been uncooperative in addressing security concerns.
Noise and Neighbor Issues
Residents have reported issues with noise and neighbor disputes. The complex has a problem with noise complaints, and some residents have had to deal with constant disruptions.
Renovations and Lease Terms
Some residents have been unhappy with the way renovations have been handled. One resident was forced to pack up their belongings two months before their lease was up due to renovations. Another resident received a large bill for repairs after leaving the community early.
