Our practice is led by Dr. Margaret Lally, a highly skilled and experienced American Board of Dermatology certified dermatologist, who has been in private practice since 1989. Our team also includes Maria Ressler, PA-C, a highly qualified and dedicated physician assistant. Meet Our Providers

*Dr. Margaret Lally*

Dr. Margaret Lally is a highly respected and experienced dermatologist who has been serving the community since 1989. She was born in Sharon, PA and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame. She went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh Medical School and completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh/UPMC health system. Dr. Lally's focus is on general pediatric and adult dermatology, which includes yearly skin exams, surgical procedures, and the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of skin, hair, and nail concerns. Dr. Lally is a member of the UMPC St. Margaret medical staff and has been named one of Pittsburgh's Top Docs on multiple occasions. She is the proud mother of six children and lives in Fox Chapel.

*Maria Ressler, PA-C*

Maria Ressler, PA-C is a highly skilled and dedicated physician assistant who has been practicing dermatology since 2006. She is a local resident who attended Fox Chapel High School and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Maria was inducted into the Pitt chapter of Phi Beta Kappa Society and was also a member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honors Fraternity. After graduating from Pitt, Maria attended Chatham College and received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. She is a member of the Society of Dermatologic Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. Maria is responsible for many services including diagnosing and managing skin diseases, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, and writing prescriptions. She also performs many procedures in the office including biopsies, surgeries, and laser treatments.

Insurance

We currently participate with most healthcare plans including UPMC, Highmark, Aetna, Cigna, and United Health Care plans. At this time, we do not accept any medical assistance programs. If you are not sure if we are participating with your current insurance, please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
