Medina Primary Care is a family medicine healthcare clinic serving the diverse population of Plano and surrounding towns in Collin County. Our clinic is located next to Kroger Store and Pharmacy and provides standardized and evidence-based medical care and services for patients aged 7 years and above.
Our Services
At Medina Primary Care, we offer a wide range of medical services to cater to the needs of our patients. Our services include acute care for cold, flu, viral, and other infections, as well as treatment for burns, injuries, sprains, and acute back pain. We also provide laceration repair, asthma care, allergy treatment, rash treatment, and chronic care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, chronic lung disease, obesity, arthritis, and chronic back pain.
We also offer preventive care services, including annual physicals, school physicals, sports physicals, teen and adult immunizations, and screening tests for smoking cessation, obesity counseling, and other preventive care services.
Meet Our Staff
Our medical team is led by Dr. Mir M. Ali, a board-certified family medicine physician who completed his family medicine residency from Michigan State University-Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies in 2006. With a strong passion for family medicine, Dr. Ali strives to provide standardized, evidence-based medical care to his patients. He believes in the importance of continuity of care and encourages his patients to make lifestyle changes to manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol.
