Disappointing Experience
Author Nathan Thomas rated The Rocks 1 star out of 5. He shared a negative experience with the apartment complex, particularly involving a broken lease agreement. His daughter was accepted into a study abroad program, which required her to break her lease early. Despite numerous calls and discussions with the office team, they told her to find a sublet and that she would have to pay 2 months' rent if she couldn't. This was a lie, and now the family is forced to pay until July 24th for an empty apartment. They are unhappy with the experience and advise others to get all communications in writing and to avoid The Rocks.
