Property Management
The reviewers have had a mixed experience with the property management team at Red Cedar Flats. On the positive side, the leasing associate, Yvonne Carranza, has been praised for being helpful, efficient, and kind. She has gone above and beyond to coordinate solutions and resolve issues, making the process stress-free.
Disputes and Miscommunications
However, there have been instances of disputes and miscommunications between the tenants and the property management team. One reviewer, Chad Happ, had issues with the property management team, including being assigned a different apartment than what they had paid for, having major issues with the refrigerator, and experiencing a significant increase in their rental rate. They also had trouble getting their security deposit back and felt that the property management team used manipulative language to make them feel at fault.
