Unsatisfactory Experience with Roman
Roman Brush's project in the backyard has been ongoing for over a year, but it has yet to meet the required standards. Despite multiple inspections, the project has failed six times, with the same issues being repeated. Roman seems to think that the city will simply forget about the problems, but instead, he continues to receive failed inspections. The city has identified several issues, including the need for protection for a sewer pipe at the structure, but Roman has only attempted to cover it with dirt, which has led to further problems.
