Issues with Service
However, Hansel Moore Jr. had a poor experience with the service, citing issues with filing his taxes for 2021. Despite paying for the service, his taxes were never filed, and he was told that someone else had filed on his behalf, but he didn't see any record of that. When he requested a refund, he was denied, and the company stopped answering his calls.
