Overall Experience

Quality of Food

While some reviewers enjoyed the food, others had issues with the quality. Claudia Belfort found the gnochi too floury and believed the tomato sauce tasted like canned sauce. Mitchell Kaplan didn't find the food to be fine dining, but thought it was okay for breakfast or coffee.

Atmosphere

Richard Pleffner described the restaurant as a "Little Italy tourist trap" with a cramped environment. Adam Field, on the other hand, felt like the restaurant wasn't a typical tourist trap and appreciated the attention from the staff.

Adam Field noted that the staff made sure his water was always full, which he appreciated. The general impression is that the service was attentive, but not exceptional.

Adam Field thought the prices were reasonable for Manhattan, while Mitchell Kaplan found them to be average. Claudia Belfort didn't think it was worth the price.
