We also offer architectural design & detailing, construction documents (CD's), interior/exterior elevations, floor plans/reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture, fixture & equipment plans (FF&E) and demolition plans & details.
Civil Engineering
We understand physics principles that are critical to our work of conceiving and designing private and public infrastructures. Our expertise includes structural analysis, drainage systems, erosion control measures, and stormwater management solutions.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection
Our engineers are experienced in all types of building systems supporting multiple building use occupancies. We provide services including HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, and IT infrastructure planning.
NYC Services
We are licensed to research NYC records, process applications, schedule Dept. of Buildings construction inspections, perform Special Inspections & TR1 signoffs, rectify violations, secure permits, and bring sites into total compliance.
Petroleum Pump & Tank
Our understanding of federal and local environmental laws pertaining to petroleum bulk storage facilities enables us to design effectively. We provide services including tank design, piping systems, electrical control systems, and environmental compliance.
