Our Story

Established in 1999, our law office is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of probate law, business law, general litigation, and real property law. Philip Wasley, our founder, has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1994 and has successfully argued in front of the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Land Use Board of Appeals. He has effectively negotiated a myriad of legal disputes for his clients, making him an accomplished attorney with extensive knowledge and experience in a diverse range of law.
