At Marin Formative Christian Preschool, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop. With over 30 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a leading preschool in Marin County, offering a unique blend of faith-based education and developmental programs for children aged 2-5 years old.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe, creative, and faith-based learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development of children. We strive to introduce children to a loving God through daily devotions, expressions of thanksgiving, prayer, and stories of God's ongoing relationship with us through the life, work, and stories of His Son, Jesus.
Our Curriculum
Our theme-based curriculum is designed to encourage children's fine and gross motor skills, language, cognitive, and social-emotional development. We incorporate the philosophies of leading early childhood educators to create a well-balanced, age-appropriate play and academic environment. Our experienced teachers provide opportunities for children to work independently and in small groups, as well as participate in large group circle times and games.
Enrichment Opportunities
We offer a range of enrichment opportunities for our Koalas and Pre-K students, including Creative Movement and Dance, Gymnastics, Amazing Athletes, and Happy Feet Soccer. These activities are designed to stimulate children's creativity, physical development, and social skills.
Classroom Environment
Our classrooms are designed to provide a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. We have three classrooms, each tailored to meet the unique needs of children at different stages of development. Our TEDDY classroom is designed for 2-year-olds, our KOALA classroom is designed for 3-year-olds, and our Pre-K classroom is designed for 4-year-olds.
